The living room :

The living room is full of light coming from the glass roof. In the evening with curtains drawn and a fire lit, you will spend an enjoyable time over and above the bustling city around you.

The kitchen :

The kitchen, small and functional, is organized around a central block equipped with 6 gas cookers, washing and drying machine, a dishwasher and refrigerator. Two small lateral tables are ideal for taking your breakfast or help you cook.

The bedroom :

The main bedroom comes equipped with a double bed. The bed is tucked away under beautiful and softly colored wooden beams, and surrounded by parquet floor giving the room a very "cozy" feel indeed.

Introduction to 138, rue Amelot :

The Apartment is a white square, with a beautiful volume (3 rooms, 51 square meter / 549 square feet; 3,50 m / 37 feet ceiling) light, spacious et exceptionnaly quiet. The flat is tastefully decorated in contemporary style. The living room is large with an open kitchen, the bathroom is fitted with a shower, one bedroom sleeps two in a double bed, the other sleeps two in separate beds. There is also a small terrace. The flat is on the first floor of a recently redecorated, 19th century traditional Parisian building.

The living room :

A room to live and enjoy. Contemporary with traditional Parisian fitting (ceiling, parquet and chimney), the room is very spacious, light and white, sereine and well distributed. Part of the room is dedicated to the kitchen and meals, the other to lounging.

The decoration is contemporary by French designers : Créations Herbes Rouges, Tsé-Tsé Associés, Serge Barbier et Design du lieu by Juliette Barbier.

The kitchen :

This is an open kitchen integrated into the living room. The kitchen is white, functional, with the necessary storage pace. You have at your disposal two electric surface cooktops and a refrigator / freezer. There are all the cooking tools, machines (mixer, small oven, caffee machine and kettle) you will need. The table linen, cutlery and plates are sober and contemporary. They will help you to create a beautiful table. An English cookbook is available.

The bedroom :

The double bedroom is spacious, fitted with Hungarian parquet. Calm, light, with access to the terrace through a double window. There is lots of storage space for your clothes and books.

The room is very charming with two visible beams and an old miror.

The 2nd bedroom :

The second bedroom is spacious, also fitted with Hungarian parquet. There are two separate beds. It is calm and light with a double window.

The room is comfortable and functional with an old miror, a desk and a broadband connection.

Bath room :

The bathroom is small and functional. It is fitted with a shower, sink, toilet, cupboards and a washing machine.

You will find everything you need during your stay : mirors, conmfortable towels of different sizes, hair dryer, hot iron, ...

The terrace :

You reach the terrace from the bed-room. Overlooking the courtyard, you will enjoy a breath of fresh air, take a peak at the weather, read a book or have a coffee. You will enjoy a quiet moment, whilst the great city is buzzing around you.

You will be overlooking rue de Saintonge from the second floor of a traditional 17th century Marais building. From the outside you are on the second floor indeed, inside you will have to climb up three levels of stairs.

The first impression when you come into the flat is one of light, space and calm. Indeed the 3,40 meter high ceiling will give you ample breaving space and having no building directly opposite projects a gentle light into the flat during the day. Rue de Saintonge itself is a quiet, yet trendy Marais street with little traffic.
